Step into another world… Rendezvous Resort in Dharamshala is a hidden gem, tucked into a quiet river valley looking out over terraced fields to snow-capped peaks. Each thoughtfully designed cottage and suite strikes the perfect balance of grand and open with cozy and friendly. Lovely sitting areas, reading nooks and window seats create comfy little nests strategically placed around the property. The Rendezvous is the perfect place to pause, reflect and find yourself. Set up your home office, snuggle in with a good book, then come be social at the dining hall and outdoor gardens. Meals are available throughout the day, both Indian and Western cuisines. A perfect balance of open views and cozy comfort. Double story windows frame a stunning mountain range. The upper mezzanine bedroom looks out over a large sitting area. The sitting area sofa can transform to a king size bed for additional guests.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the mountains, it was so clean that for a time i forgot i was in India. Kudos to everyone taking care of the property. +1 to Karam the caretaker and all the chefs

We had a wonderful stay at Renedezvous. You can tell the love and care that has been put into building the property into what it is today. Staff are lovely and always up for a hand. And lastly no doubt, the view was the highlight.

The Rendezvous is one of our most cherished holiday stays. We stayed with them twice, for 7/8 days each time. The location is perfect - away from the mindless hustle and bustle of main dharamsala, yet within proximity of essential services. The villas are gorgeous and designed beautifully. But the main reason for us to go back has been the warmth of the team - Karam, Pummy Didi, Ajit ji, Anil, Sneha, Mani! I highly recommend The Rendezvous for families and solo travellers. Lots of nature trails nearby.

Party focussed folks - this place isn’t for you. 🙂

What an absolutely breathtaking view at this stay! We went for new year’s with our family and felt completely at home. The caretakers are so prompt with service. Right from our check in to the day we left, Karam and the staff made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend The Rendezvous for a quaint get away from busy city life.

The Rendezvous guest cottages are well designed, lovely, and thoughtfully appointed. Nestled into a quiet area of the otherwise bustling community of Dharamshala and created with privacy and relaxation in mind, Rendezvous is the getaway you're looking for. The views are absolutely world-class, with the Himalayan foothills rising up behind the bucolic country setting. But the best part by far is the staff. The manager and his team are thoughtful, attentive, and joyful. You'll feel well cared for while you're here.

Hands down the best guesthouse we stayed at during our 1-month trip around northern India. Stunning location, incredible food, lovely staff, and overall just a wonderful oasis of calm and tranquility that genuinely allows you to escape the sometimes-overwhelming hustle and bustle of India.
